Fantasia In D Minor K397 By Mozart, Played By Annette Servadei. Recorded in May 2009.
UPDATE: Annette has a new website now. Please go to: www.annetteservadei.net The link on the video is now out of date. Many thanks!
In June 2008, Annette Servadei had Open-Heart Triple Valve replacement surgery, and a pacemaker inserted.
Since heart failure and initial valve repair in 1987, a stroke in 1996, causing co-ordination and memory loss, and a wrist break, needing a plate in 2005, she has re-learnt her piano technique three times.
Annette Servadei has resumed performing after successful triple heart valve replacements and a pacemaker insertion in 2008."
Annette is celebrating her return to performing on YouTube and is eternally grateful to the Heart Specialists and Medical Profession for her new lease of life.
Great story. I had a stroke in 2008 and started playing piano to help rehab my right arm and hand. I am learning this piece right now.

Annette it was nice to see you on YouTube i'm still feeling sore at you taking up violin as a second instrument and blowing me away in all the eistedfords in Durban. Chris Nash told me about your YouTube performance. Regards Graham Walker.
