I don't drink alcohol in public so the ban is somewhat none of my business - as long as drinkers on tube don't do any harm to others, or to themselves basicly... coz it's indeed very tragical to hear your tube stopped running service when you're in dead hurry, due to a drunkard found under train...

These people who were showing 'how they felt' represent a small percentage of the users of the London Underground. If the majority of users were allowed to show how they felt about this partying minority, you'd all be lined up and shot.

The place was full of "continentals". I'm one of them and no I didn't go smashing stuff up but I had a good laugh.
There was very little trouble for the amount of people there.
I think it was great to see that kind of people power in todays society. I think all the people complaining about it are over reacting. Chill out. The only reason this happened is because they banned drinking on the tube.
It never happened on this scale before. This was people showing how they felt for once.
