hi just wondering do the forged pistons ,rods and crank from the 325td fit straight in and are they alot stronger than stock pistons cheers

@077bik 325td and tds has 80mm pistons on m50b25 they are on 84mm diameter , the idea is good for m50b20 owners witch has 80mm pistons diameter like m51b25 and if someone take crank pistons and rods from m51 and put them to the m50b20 block it lwill stand m50b25 with higher torque than original m50b25 ;) and with proper tune of ignition advance and air fuel ratio can take high boost without of problems :)

hey, how did you managed to install turbocharger with VANOS ?

if there was VANOS at all, did you have to remove it, or you just installed turbo not touching VANOS ??????
