  • Wouldn't the running in place work better if your knees went higher? Unless you aren't trying to target your lower abs

  • @metaljacket1983123 This is just a morning workout, to wake up and get to get started with your day, it's not replacing the regular workout that has to be done.

  • with this workout it takes probaly at least half of it or more to reach a good heart rate. it will take even longer if your in better shape. im sorry zuzana i love your videos but this one i completly disagree with this one and i think most trained professionals would also. If u would like to explain your logic more in depth about the length of the workout i would love to hear your point of view
