@metaljacket1983123 This is just a morning workout, to wake up and get to get started with your day, it's not replacing the regular workout that has to be done.

with this workout it takes probaly at least half of it or more to reach a good heart rate. it will take even longer if your in better shape. im sorry zuzana i love your videos but this one i completly disagree with this one and i think most trained professionals would also. If u would like to explain your logic more in depth about the length of the workout i would love to hear your point of view
