Me and my good bud hiked the West Coast Trail back in 2005. We hiked the trail over 7 days and had a day to spare at the end, plus we slept in every day. The trail would take about 4 days if you're in good shape and don't slack too much. We had great weather in August, which helped a lot. I recommend if you're going to do this trail, do it at the end of August.

I went there when I was in grade 12, and it was one of the greatest memories of my youth !!!!

woot me and 2 buddies are doing this a week from monday! I cant wait! Its been hell to prepare and very pricey but i know it will be worth it in the end. I know we are doing it early but we are from oregon and we embrace rain!

when I was on the trail, we ran into a couple of black bears...pretty scary!

This makes my husband and I want to hike this trail. We LOVE Vancouver Island and especially Tofino, long beach and surrounding areas.
