I'm dealing with the same problem with Upper Deck. I have an outstanding redemption for an 08' Exquisite Inscriptions - Al Horford. I've been waiting 2 years now for a replacement and they keep giving me BS excuses of why a rep. card has not been sent. At this point - I'm going to take UD to small claims court in Nevada and recoup the cost of the card+ fees. Luckily I live only 2 hours away from their court district in Nev. Good luck on getting your card - It's a shame what UD has become.

3 YEARS IVE BEEN WAITING!!! THE 1 FRICKEN REDEMPTION I HAVEM REDEEMED IN LATE 2007, NOW 2010, SITLL NOTHING... THEY SAID HE DIDNT SIGN, AND TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER... COME ON UD!!

I have been waiting for three redemptions since August of 2008. It is now December 2009. I realize UpperDeck never gets the redemptions out on time (cards state 12-16weeks for redempt), but this is ridiculous. Call them every few weeks they say it should be here "in a few weeks". Now been about 66 weeks in waiting. Very impressive turn around I would say.
Did you ever receive an acceptable explanation or the card/replacement. This stalling takes some fun out of the activity. It's too bad.

Good luck on that one!! I literally waited OVER A YEAR for multiple redemptions of 1 player. The cards were valued @ $150 each when I redeemed them. I waited OVER A YEAR and when they crashed to $50 they told me to send a list of names. Basically,...I was due $1000+ worth of cards. I got $150 TOTAL VALUE in garbage/worthless replacements instead. Needless to say, I don't buy Upper Deck CRAP anymore. I suggest you do the same after this HORRIBLE experience/treatment. Good luck though!!
