Still in a lupus flare and now I'm sick too...grrr

I'm frustrated but not depressed like last week.

ive been feeln bad with lupus im 29ive have lupus for a while I have antiliplid sydrome lupus its the blood one clotin all I can take for it is blood thiners and I know I need meds I dont know how to get a docter that will listin to me I feel like im all alone

I think the meditation is great! Unfortunetely I don't really get the chance during the day to stop and do that because I'm alone most of the day with my 3 year old son. I used to meditate way back before I was diagonsed and did find it helped me with a lot of other things.

Keep striving, your very inspiring. I obviosly have lupus too but I have an overlap of RA which combined with the prednisone treatment has caused osteo (or avascular) necorsis in both my hips and left knee.
