One obvious negative : the alarms will not activate on WinMobile platform when the phone is switched off unlike Sony Ericsson phones. Which means if you switch off at night, there will be no morning call alarm to wake you from your sleep. Microsoft needs to do more for such a critical function of a cell-phone.

the htc diamond does not have a keyboard, the htc touch pro looks very similar and has a slide out qwerty keyboard.
