As soon as the Germans learn how to build a truly reliable car, I'll come back to one of their brands. But in owning VW and Mercedes-Benz, both were horribly unreliable resulting in too much of my time wasted getting them worked on. Not to mention in the states you don't get to enjoy their full performance potential on our limited speed highways.
