  • @talor23spisak1 wa, u so pro. 10 sets of 30seconds, tat is pro.

  • i thought 10 was gonna be too easy so i tried 10 sets of 30 seconds holy crap am i sore but its a great work out

  • @0587dave Statics do a great job breaking down muscle, the reason they are no longer used is because the only effect muscle in that particular area so with curls for examples, you are strong where the static hold is but no where else.

  • thank you, very well explain. i am going to try that when i get to the gym.

  • iso contractions are what females get tested on. they do not transition into a pull up at all. if that were the case a female would train with these and be able to be tested on pullups at the end of boot camp and they dont. negatives are what break down the muscles not a static contraction. contractions do nothing but build up fatigue and lactic acid.

  • rofl me two im training for the marines and man i cant do a pull up but im trying to find ways of imporvment and heard this from others so ima give it a try

  • Thank you for such clear instructions . It is useful for a person like me who cant do even one pull up. Will start working on it today

  • great instructions!

  • Thank you for breaking the exercise down. I also thought that the arms were mostly involved. Now that I've seen and tried the actual technique, I have taken a lot of excess strain off of my arms! Thank you again

  • thanks man, i will start and i will tell you my progress after a certain time when i start seeing affectivness, trying to get beefy is hard for me, half of the gyms in my area are full of rough people who stare you out, so i will start at home
