I hear a lot of people say that you cant get i shape by workout from home.

I understand why they say that

They say it because they dont know what the fuck they are taking about

The truth is that you can get everything you NEED to workout at home for less the the price of going to a gym for ONE month!

You can buy some bullshit "wall-mart" brand resistance bands if you want, but when they brake and snap your goofy ass in the face, don't tell people that I told you to get that shit.

  • Hey brandon i got a question. Do you really get pumped when youre doing biceps curls with the black sniper ripcord ? Because i definetly feel it with the black sniper but im getting a bigger pump working out with dumbells doing dropsets for example. Thx for your videos training at home rules !

  • That can be a problem. You just have to keep the TV off!!! I place my phone on airplane mode and turn off my comp wile im working out too. I think the gym in WAY more distracting cuz they are playing music, the have the tv on, i have to wait for people to get off the equipment. the ONLY good reason to go to a gym instead of working out at home is for the girls!

    I know guys that can probably lift Brian Carter together with his weight lifting equipment, and do a few squats. However they don't look muscular at all. They never work out. They are just naturally strong and nicely filled.

  • @BrandonCarterTV hey man I'm out of shape and just starting out. I'd like to try those pull-up bars in this video. Where can I get those? And, do you give any suggestions on cardio and diet? That seems to be the problems for most people. And what is the best exercise for your lower back? 40- degree hyperextention?

  • @JIZZZification people like you who dont workout hard or much dont know the feeling of it, you can get this body without steriods... when you workout hard you will reach a point that you feel that you can get this body without steriods then you got it.

  • im just using weights and just pulled my pull-up bar out of the wall so ill have to buy another one lol and i do every evening about 300 push-ups (only doing it for about 3 weeks) cus i dont have time anymore to go to the fitness cus of college :(

  • For bicep curls I find a shorter resistance band(s) used with the lifeline usa triple handgrips to provide more resistance all of the way through the motion. Notice how you loose tension with longer bands towards the end of the bicep curl.
