Never mind harsher laws, cannabis should be legalized, taxed, and regulated. There's no scientific evidence showing that it's harmful enough to warrant the costs/harms of prohibition. Millions of people prefer marijuana over alcohol, so people need to learn to accept it, or be willing to pay extra taxes to imprison them. The people against legalization seem very similar to the people that were against rock and roll back in the 50's and 60's(i.e. Elvis, The Beatles, etc.).

She brings up many good points, the one I especially agree with is how vague the definition of areas frequented by youth are. Like she said, they could be anywhere, in my case, they are EVERYWHERE.
This bill was made without consideration of how many sections of various towns are constructed, where I live in Prince George BC, in roughly 4 square KMs you can not go a single block without reaching a school or park, it's the way the community was built.
