A Ray of Hope

Joe Grumbine is days away from a medical marijuana trial in which he was denied an affirmative defense and will face a jury that will not be allowed to hear that the defendants ran a fully compliant collective, or hear any of their witnesses, as they too were denied.

Allison Margolin took it upon herself to supply a writ to the appellate court, that today she shares the news that they have decided to put a STAY on the trial. The trial is now, on hold. This unprecedented news is a small victory for our underdogs, but even the smallest one seems to have a tremendous amount of light.
