  • @MuscleMixer Can I ask you if it's a myth that Vegetarians have to work twice as hard? The amount of times I've been told by people that I'll never have a body like that because I don't eat meat...I've lost count of. Very disheartening.

    Due to my job and the shifts I pull, a gym membership is totally out of the question. So this really appeals...

  • @ernestezekiel 80% of your results will come from the diet. In your 1st phase you learn how to eat, 2nd phase you condition and 3rd phase you will feed your body for performance

  • @ernestezekiel well, eatting pizza everyday and buying McDonald for dinner 7 days a week an't going to help you.

    However, you are going to get stronger.

  • @thepunkguru thats the worst advice ever haha, you should work out every part of the body.

  • @ernestezekiel depends on what your current diet is. If you are significantly overweight, then very, very important. If you are naturally skinny, then a high protein diet with these workouts can cut it - maybe not the optimal results, but still will get you by.
