Hmm...bright light in sky...stays for a long time, can see from far away...
at the beginning of the video the flare seems like its going upwards, then it seems like it hits its peek and slowly goes downward.
must be aliens
or a Flare, wow. I was about 10 miles out from cleveland and the people that were shooting fireworks would light off a flare every once in a while, just for looks.
I'm almost 100% sure that this is a flare,and possibly one of the very same flares I watched.

That person is kinda dumb... yea the fireworks are off to the left of this light... and if this light is fireworks they sure do last a long time, this light is here during the entire video.

You can see fireworks in the distance, seeing lights during fireworks displays is not unusual.
