  • Wow I have those same cutters and make some almost exactly like yours. Awesomely fun!! Very pretty colors!!

  • @Ianavak I love those butterfly cutters, one of the best investments I made. :) And thank you for watching and leaving a comment. :)

  • those are soooo cute!!!! Thanks for sharing :D

  • @jewelloveit You are very welcome. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. :)

  • These butterflies are really cute.. Very pretty..

Does they become heavy once they are baked? have never used them before..

  • @sweeetpollly Thanks.. These are very lightweight.. The clay can be purchased in Most hobby stores for around $2.00 US or so, depending of if there is a sale.. There is a "lightweight" version of the clay if you really want them to be super lite.. If going to use them on minis, you will want to leave them a little flatter than I made them so your book will close and you won't break them. :) I think they are a nice touch to artwork of any kind especially since I made them. :) TFW Do come again

  • You have given me a lot of new ideas! Thanks!

  • @lindaisrael Thanks for the information.. Its always good to give a personal touch to the mini by making your own flowers or butterflies..

  • @cher1292 Thanks. Don't have to mix, I just did for Strength in case I wanted to make them into Jewelry. They can break if pushed to much. tools: Clay, Rolling pin (or an old glass) Cookie cutter, Stamp, baking tray, oven, then something to paint them with) I think that is the basic stuff. I updated my blog with more details so If you need more info please let me know! have a blessed day!

  • Linda, these are so cute. I seen you using them in your other work, but just now watched how you make them! It looks super easy. Is the polymer clay expensive? Why did you mix the clays together? Do you have to do that? In order to make these little cuties, or any other item, what supplies do I need to get started? TFS! Cheryl
