Civic Si needs help from Honda Pilot

So we were headed to Taco Bell, and my co-pilot tells me to make a right turn as I'm driving past the street, so I try turning hard and fast at the last minute... and with ultra performance summer tires... that was not going to happen. Ended up in a huge pile of snow in the corner and could not get enough traction on either wheel to back out.

PS. This would have been the ONLY time when a Civic should have needed a giant tow hook on the back of it, but I don't do that silly stuff with my car.

I'm glad that you weren't hurt and no damage to the car. I'm also glad that you know that wide high performance tires don't work on snow. It's amazing to me how many people don't know that, then wonder why their car stinks in snow. Four narrow snow tires on junkyard rims are great in snow.
