So it is called "Float on" and performed by Ben Lee.

This version is more soothing than Modest Mouse's. The vibe is different - Modest Mouse's makes you feel happy and like you've got a lot of friends in the world, and emphasis seems to be on the "We" part of "we'll all float on". Ben Lee's version makes you feel at peace and it's more about the "float[ing] on" of "we'll all float on". I guess they were made with different products in mind so we really shouldn't compare them.
