I: glitching Altair's foot. Get half on the railing and then grab - his leg should get stuck on the railing and move erratically. Or maybe this is how the Assassin's stretch their legs.
II: just a small curiosity. It appears that at (some?) roof gardens you can jump near the corner and remain standing up. From there you can get on top of the garden, which to me is a pretty uncommon sighting.
III: a new technique with which you can take one step on nothingness at some poles. Basically, get on the pole without the normal pole mode activating - use a melee attack for example. Then turn camera so that there's nothingness to the back of Altair, then enter eagle vision. If nothing happens, aim camera more to the up or down and do another eagle vision, or try a different pole/side. When the glitch works, Altair does the stumble animation automatically. During the remaining animation he won't fall down even though he stands on nothingness. Trying to do this trick again just makes Altair fall down, though, as do most other actions. With precise timing it seems you can do a jump from this position, which might come in handy... never, to be perfectly realistic.
IV: just a random falling through collision.
V: I tried some wall breaching jumps at Damascus and accidentally ended up in this small room that is behind the shopkeepers. So, I killed the shopkeepers and thus alerted the guards to my presence. It seems that Altair couldn't enter target mode when there was a wall between him and the opponent, making counter kills impossible. This is very bad news if the same happens at Arsuf and you can't use counter kills to come back in bounds. Also, you couldn't grab the enemies from behind the wall.

Have you known about these glitches for a while, or did you just discover them?

@aurllcooljay
Hmm? Just discovered them some days ago while playing. Well, the knee trick I remember having first done in 2010-2011, but think I never covered it on video before.
