Legislation to Renew First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

Moran speaks on the House floor about legislation he introduced - H.R. 2905, the Homebuyer Tax Credit Expansion Act of 2009, which would extend the $8,000 tax credit for two years until December 31, 2011. In addition the legislation would expand the tax credit beyond first-time home buyers to include all home buyers of a principle residence.
