If you're really looking for adventure try ATV-ing in Mexico. If you've never been on an ATV, well its just too much fun! Its one of the best ways to get out into the hills and country side and experience the culture and nature firsthand!
On the Pacific Coast of Mexico, in the city of Manzanillo, you'll find Federico Haro of Haro Tours. Hell see to it that your ATV adventure is fun, safe and full of discoveries! Whether your ride is for just a couple of people or a large group, Federico has the staff and equipment to accommodate you.
In no time you'll be tearin it up through the foothills of the Sierra Madres traveling through a twisting and turning arroyo seco (or dry creek bed.) The trail is surrounded by lush green foliage, tropical birds overhead, local domestic animals, and countless butterflies flitting from flower to flower that are blooming in rainbows of colors.
You may stop at Chandiablo and visit a cock fighting ranch (legal in Mexico). Along the way on your 3 ½ hour adventure you never know what you'll come across. You could see the beautiful large Iguanas sunning themselves on rocks or tree limbs, as well as cattle, horses, burros and any number of typical farmyard animals. If you're lucky you might even come across a shy tarantula. Be sure to bring your camera because you never know what you'll come across.
Throughout your ATV adventure your guide, Federico, will be pointing out many items of interest like the mangos, banana plantations, sugar cane, corn fields and lime trees. He is also a native of the area so hes well-versed in the culture and commerce. Federico is fluent in both Spanish and English. If you have a question about anything Federico is sure to have an answer for you.
This adventure is for ages 16 to adult. Prior ATV experience is helpful but not required. Federico will run you through an operational and safety course prior to taking this tour. Goggles, bandanas and helmets are included. Recommended apparel includes shorts or jeans, T-shirts, and tennis shoes. Bring sun screen, and glasses if you need them to drive.
Book your ATV Adventure with Haro Tours today! You can either Email Federico at Harotours@gmail.com or give him a call from either the U.S. & Canada or from Mexico. From the U.S. the number is 011-52-1-314-3050277 or 357-3503, IN Mexico at 045-314-305-0277 or 357-3503.

  • Looks like fun! What kind of Honda Atvs are those?

  • Federico seems to be exclusively Honda 350 and 450 Ranchers and Foremans. Most of the time you don't even shift. You're normally in second or third gear. My wife was a newbie on ATV's and she did fine! If you go tell Federico HI from Randy and Karen. Have fun!

  • We were recently in the Manzanillo area and took the ATV tour with Federico. We had an amazing time. We took the ATV farm tour out to where Federico has just built a new home in a farming community. We got to milk a cow, watch women make corn tortillas and cheese by hand. The locals were very friendly and welcoming.
