It's a long story :)

Elena Gilbert, a student of Mystic Falls High, is in love with Dean Winchester, a hunter of supernatural evil. Though their relationship is strained by his frequent travelling and the inherent risks of the job, he's unwilling to give up his profession as he feels that it's his duty to help those in danger.

The situation reaches breaking point when Dean is unable to return on time from a trip, and one evening, lonely Elena gets talking with handsome Damon Salvatore at the Grill. His reckless charm leaves her spellbound, and she gives in to her desire...

...and then Dean returns, promising Elena that he'll give their relationship more time and attention. She agrees because she still loves him, though she doesn't tell him about her tryst with Damon. Instead, she informs Damon of her decision, but Dean sees them together, and realises that something's going on between them. He looks into Damon's background, and is shocked to discover that he's a vampire... possibly related to many local deaths and attacks over the past century and a half.

Dean confronts Elena, but she doesn't want him to hunt down Damon. However, Dean isn't willing to let Damon go given the obvious danger he poses to people. He breaks into the boarding house, and finds a stash of blood bank packs that indicate that Damon may not be the killer vampire after all. But even as he decides what to do, Elena warns Damon of Dean's plan, leading to a fatal confrontation...

Enigma's 'Mea Culpa', literally meaning 'My Mistake / I'm Guilty', sets the background score for Elena's conflict: her love for two men with diametrically different intents and destinies, and the consequences of her indiscretions.

I was inspired to make a Dean / Elena video by the video "Anywhere But Here" / http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQq8WB7v-qg / by zerocrossA9 / http://www.youtube.com/user/ZeroCrossA9 because she rocked it, so thanks, Nin! I agree with ya that crossover vids are a b*tch to make... but couldn't resist!

@Maessica Ooooh yeah, this is really old, it was made on Movie Maker :D This is the first time I used Dean with Elena :P My plan was to make a Delena vid, Elena falls for a vampire, and I needed a hunter for the story, so I got Dean - and then I fainted forever LOL I couldn't believe how AMAZING Dean looked with Elena, he made me forget about Damon... and the rest is history :P This has two more parts... I finally finished the series after a year, do see them if you have extra time :D

I honestly can't ask for more, you're perfect, thank you thank you thank you for all the appreciation! You've put me on cloud nine! This was a lot of work, coz the first two parts were made using Movie Maker, so I had to find THE perfect clips, and then I couldn't end the series coz I couldn't choose Dean or Damon LOL I'm so happy you enjoyed it all!
