Double Hibachi goes down faster than I expected, admittedly. I mean he still looks like ridiculous batshit insanity but still.

It may not be the hardest, but it is pretty damn tough. It's especially difficult because the skills involved in playing it are completely different from those required in other danmaku games. The polarity system really changes the dynamics of the gameplay and makes it way out of the ordinary.
