I never took lessons formally. My learning has always been from jamming with friends and from my own compass. I started hooping when there were no lessons to be had except from the few friends I had who were also into it. This was in NYC in 2002.

@Freshmorningdew Song is 'Eutow', track #6 by Autechre off of their 'Tri Repetae' album that came out in 1995...their best album, in my opinion. He definitely does it justice with his performance.
