RC boat inflatable RIB with 2 outboards onboard cam.1

Made from isolation stuf for houses.
2 robbe-roqua electric outboard with 500 speed motors. boat needs some buildoff. just a fun project. greetz from holland.

how did you get the outboard motors?

I got them from internet (marktplaats . nl)+- 15 dollar each. 1 came with a Robbe Prinsezz and the other was never used.

ive tried that behind my century rc boat with a good speed controler in it so i could control the speed...but it still didnt work

Do you happen to know the pinion/spur combination on these motors? I just found one I've had for about 20 years now and don't have the pinion for the motor. Thanks for any help!
