I am soon having to part company with my stunning fish and beautiful planted aquarium as I have to go away during the Aussie winter months. I have found a good friend to kindly adopt them. I hope they will understand when they are older and forgive me for going away.

Any way I will miss them greatly. The tank is larger than it appears in the film. The tank is slightly overstocked at the moment but they still have loads of space, are much loved, healthy and very happy. They mean a great deal to me and have given me great joy and comfort. I hope I have given them a good and happy life.

There are various species of Australian Rainbows, bleeding heart tetras, neon tetras, glass cat fish, panda corys, mussels and those funny orange things. The aquarium has various plants.

They have been good friends and I hope one day I'll be able to play a part in their lives again. Hey, I'm serious. Fishies, remember daddy loves you.

  • Hi there and thanks for your comment. The tank is going strong but I am getting a bigger one soon. The filter is hidden at the back :)

  • Do you feed them fish flakes or bugs?

  • I usually feed them flakes or pellets. Occasionally as a treat I will feed them water flees or brine shrimp. Just be aware though that when you feed them live food the live food could contain infections that could be passed on to the feed.
