Sold My ACOG for Funds for another new NIGHTFORCE NXS:) Just Checking the good old irons, and the new Tubb Flatwire Spring.....Cant really tell much of a difference except less boing, boing, boing, in my cheek shot to shot with the added pressure of the Can on the gun

  • @jsrscbr the only downfall i could find when I looked up the TR22 is the 1 inch tube, unless its a TR22-? that has a 30mm tube and the fact that it doest have audible click target style turrets with a zero stop feature. I know thats just my preference speaking but I actually dope my scopes when shooting distance, instead of holding over or kentucky windaging it. But at a grand your still 700 bucks under an equivalent NXS. Just go somewhere where you can get your hands on both to compare feats

  • @jsrscbr I like trijicon products, the 3x acog was a sweet optic, I just felt that rifle deserved more especially since I shelled out the funds buying the White Oak Arms SDMR barrel for it. I have a couple nightforce nxs and have had leupold MK4's and there is no comparison. Nightforce for the same price beats anyone hands down. plus their customer service it top notch when I sent in my 3.5-15x50NXS to have a custom reticle installed to match M118LR in my .308.

  • New nightforce eh? I'm leaning on the accupoint TR-22 with a larue mount its about a grand. How's that nightfore compared to it?
