[Glossary]
This song is based on one of the most famous legends in Japan.
Amaterasu got angry at the rudeness of Susano-o, and she locked herself in a rock cave, the door of which can be opened only from inside. Daytime was lost from the world.
One got an idea that they held a festival to interest her and made her open the door to peep the racket. There Uzume danced a dance which was later called KAGURA. This plan worked well and the sunshine returned to the world.

Amaterasu: The goddess of the sun. Her name literally means "shine on the sky."
Susano-o(Watatsumi): The god of the sea. Someone may call him as the god of nights.
Uzume: The goddess of entertainment.
Takamagahara: The place where gods were born and lived. It lirerally means "high heavenly plain."
Japan: In Japanese Nihon which literally means "origin of the sun." Traditionally called Yamato.
KAGURA: It literarlly means "amuse god." It is rather solemn and religious than amusing at present.

  • MOAR MIKI!

She is currently my favorite Vocaloid.

    Along with Megurine Luka!

    :3

  • Finally Miki not wearing that DA outfit that she usually wear...i mean everyone gets to be drawn dressed in something other than the release...but you see so much of Miki still in THAT strange thing. BTW this is so cute, despite the fact i'm not really into Shinto religion much.
