the thing i love most about august is that they have lyrics that aren't about being badass. the fact that you get tatoos and you listen to this shit don't make you bad ass you could have all the peircing in the world, all the tatoos but you'd still be a pussy, its not the things on the person that make the person but the acts the person does, the descisions they make, i find that august displays this perfectly.

@GNASTY575 No doubt, I'm not Christian but I know that Christian metal bands tend to be better for the fact that they write about real emotions and lifestyles from majority of what I listen to, unlike bands who just write lyrics about killing or whores or whatnot just to be "hardcore" or whatever.. There's nothing wrong with them edifying God, I may not agree with some messages but by they stand up for what they really believe in and they wear it as an image, and is not a condition of listening
