Not that my feelings are of important matter to anyone here, but I found myself head down in front of my laptop crying until the end of the song. I had a really weird sad feeling all day and the moment the song started it made me burst out sobbing. It was like a needle popping a balloon. This song has a whole new meaning to me now..

or maybe I'm just in a guy period or something.

either way: I love you Sandy. <3

fuck, this song is so powerful and brings forth so many emotions and memories I am legitimately afraid to listen to it due to the fact that I am guaranteed to cry

Yes, it means "With the ringing in my ears I play endlessly"

So pretty much the same as their album Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust, which means "With a buzz in our ears we play endlessly"

I hope I was of some help!

Sarah Brightman did a cover of this son on her newest album. She also covers a song by Vangelis and John Anderson, a song by Cocteau Twins and uses the base line from Mike Oldfields "The Bell" on one of the bonus tracks. She has an awesome taste in music.

Could any icelandic please tell me if this sentence is okay? "Með suð í eyrum mínum spila ég endalaust." I would really appreciate it!

Yes it is! There are many more reasons to smile than be sad. It all just depends on how you look at it. You're here for a reason, not just to be here, and I swear that it get's a whole lot better and things shift so that whatever is making you sad will pass. Life is strange and beautiful, you just have to stop looking at the bad parts of it, and focus on the good.

Beautiful! Love the ending. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and jump into the unknown.
