This is not a loop hole or anything crazy like that..human perception is the flaw. Our brains are simply not able to distinguish a 2mph difference of the fly on the train. Simply put. It is an optical illusion and nothing more.

In what way is this a loophole in relativity?
The fly DOES look like it's moving 102 mph. So?
Just like a person who is sitting in his chair on the train looks like he's moving 100 mph.
