Dude, an advice... You should have made one of those wings a component so you don't have to repeat the same action zillions of times :D
And you can copy the wings(components by rotate+ctrl in the beginning

could've made a component of one fan and placed them on the faces, then when you transformed one of them all would've been affected.

There will be a huge delay on production, the replicate/rotate copy tool that I am trying to learn is exceptionally difficult to master, even after much practice it is still hit and miss, I am thinking of uninstalling sketch-up due to this.
