Its not the fact that he doesnt want to demolish those condemned buildings, trust me its potential tax revenue if these buildings were restored or even torn down and the land sold. Its the fact that the money is just not in the budget to tear down the amount of buildings that is needed in the city. Believe it or not but the deconstruction of buildings is expensive as a result of all the EPA imposed procedures and other safety hazards that must be avoided.

Mayor Dyster, although is an historian of Niagara Falls, he is so far out of touch with whats going on in the City. I own a large track of land by the Falls, in between condemend "City Owned " buildings I've been trying to get torn down for years.Lets level ALL City Owned buildings first that are condemend, and plant a fuckin garden Paul.

You should see the corruption in Niagara Falls Canada. I have lived here for 15 years and have the fire department (the strong arm of the city) extorting money from me all the time, as many other landlords are also.
the cityhall does nothing because it makes them monies.
