    So much nostalgia it sort of makes me wanna cry. I remember staying up late as a child to watch this show every night. Life was simpler back then, what I would do to have it all again.

    Then the show would end just as I was about to go to bed and call it a night. I was usually still upset by everything life was giving me and I'd hear this song. Life didn't seem so bad anymore. I just listened and stopped thinking about suicide and would go to sleep with a little bit of hope. If something this beautiful exists it life can't be all bad.

    I cry listening to this and want to let the composer know they saved a life.

    I don't even know Japanese but I sing along to this song. Outlaw star is one of my most favorite animes and also one of the best shows ever to grace Toonami. I still feel like this and cowboy bebop could have coincided with each other if they wanted to. Melfina sang her rendition of this song on one episode of the show.
