Agilent Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform

Agilent's fast, small footprint, Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform is shown in action, as well as a wide range of accessories. Key physical features and benefits are highlighted as well as the use of easy-change pipette heads for whole pipette head liquid handling, serial dilution, and single-tip cherry picking. On-deck accessories and functionality are shown including barcode reading, plate heating or cooling, auto refilling reagent reservoirs, orbital shaking, vacuum locating of warped PCR plates, passive plate positioners, nested pipette tips, magnetic bead separation plate and vacuum filtration. A demo clip shows how the Bravo makes use of the optional gripper upgrade to achieve higher yields in on-deck vacuum filtration. Key VWorks platform software features are described.
