Why are people so stupid asking where on the river is this what bait were you using. . . its fishing there is no set spot or bait! steelhead is not salmon fishing you dont stand there all day hoping for something to move in you hike and fish every pocket, run , pool and tailout till you land a steelhead. Lots of work but most rewarding thing ever!

steelie fishin is diffrent from salmon. the best spots change all the time depending on many variables.
