I did it on a shirt that was cotton and spandex so there wont be any shredding. but anything else i'd wash in a netting thing. (like what you put bras in, i dont know the exact word for it)

ppl can look past the bra. not to mention i was not about to go bra-less for all of the world to see considering the yellow shirt was quite see through (even though you cant really tell)
