• Garam Masala

cheers :) i don't actually know how to cook, technically, i just do it all from instinct. so probably made loads of mistakes, but it tasted good, although i don't really eat cooked food myself,

About the stirring rice issue: it's best not to because that helps the starch get out, which makes the rice sticky (and you washed it at the start to get some of it out). Great video: I love you pair!
