  • @MrISIB And he doesn't duck people, did he duck Shonie Carter in 2001? Why did he challenge Frank then ? There 's reason why he refused to fight Jake,Miller...He wanted to act, beside Cung, which other Vietnamese is famous to Americans? None, but everyone know who the heck Jackie Chan,Jet Li or who Bruce Lee is. Cung wanted to make a name for himself and for the Viets, acting is a good way to do it. Why a rematch? He wanted to make Smith fanboys know they should shut up because Scott was just lucky

  • @MrISIB If Frank wanted to stand up with Cung that 's his choice,it 's always that ground game shit when there 's any talk about Cung. Why should Le go to the ground if he didn't want to or was weak at it. Who was able got him to the ground before? It 's like saying David Beckham should go play Baseball instead of Soccer.LMAO he defeated a bunch of kickboxers you ignorant fools, he even defeated Shonie Carter. What prevented him to use Takedowns while he can ? It 's like saying blocking is coward

  • @RegularDon

Frank Shamrock wanted a challenge and he was being stupid and wanted to stand with Cung thats why we didn't see one take down. Frank was down on the ground one time and called Cung Le to join him. Cung Le didn't want any apart of him.

  • @Wingchunskunk

Hes never fought any high level kick boxers under kick boxing rules. Hes fought Sanshou= takedowns and kickboxing, takedowns are used to throw someone off their rhythm.

  • @RegularDon

Or I'm stating the truth and he does duck people. Cung Le vs Scott Smith 2? Cung Le basically won that fight gassed in the 3rd and got knocked out and now he wants a rematch cause hes a sore loser. Whats the point of calling someone out for a rematch when you won 99% of the fight.

  • @MrISIB oh but none has win him . and he fought alot of kickboxwer and he won .

  • And as far as ducking people - on paper he wasn't supposed to beat Frank Shamrock. On paper almost every kickboxer that came into MMA got submitted early in their career.

Again, let me reiterate what I said before to your retarded ass: Cung Le didn't get out-striked against Scott Smith; he didn't get owned for 3 rounds; he didn't fall on the ground and get manhandled; he simply got caught with a feint right to left hook. I can go on and on you moron, but there's a word count restriction.

  • @MrlSlB

First of all, yes I've heard of Sanshou before, and in parts of Asia it's actually called Sanda - meaning a variation of strikes and takedowns.

As far as shit-talking about his kickboxing, do you even know any form of martial art? Before MMA came and hit you in your redneck face, have you ever heard of martial arts? His style of striking isn't Muay Thai. And as far as I can see, his use of kicks and wrestling helped him a lot in his MMA matches.

    You're just a fag hater.

  • @RegularDon

No one wants to see someone lose against a hand picked opponent. Cung Le is just a pansy for ducking everyone and only fighting against people on paper he would beat.

As for Sanshou? Whats Sanshou? Kickboxing with takedowns? Why doesn't he just do kickboxing? Because hes just average at it and his takedowns saves him when a real kickboxer fights him. He would get killed against a real kick boxer.

Seriously before Cung Le have you ever even heard of Sanshou? There you go.

  • When I say that he fights for the fans, that means the only reason he fights is because the fans want to see him fight. He doesn't have to fight. There isn't another fighter in MMA that can do the shit he does. He's 37; he's well accomplished in sanshou - he's been doing that shit all his life. He has his own gym even. Scott Smith caught him, that's it. He let his guard down in the 3rd round after kicking Scott Smith's ass, and he got caught. You're just a hater.
