Snowed in vid #2, great old camcorder that someone dumped on me. Great for viewing and making videos in a retro kind of way!

  • I have the exact same camcorder and Im having trouble charging the battery, after a while the power light blinks help

  • @RoadFox72 Most likely the cells inside the battery are shot but it CAN be rebuilt. Mine has the same problem but holds zero charge.

I can't remember which type of cell is inside the battery. Most likely they are nothing special, like NiCd 1.2v each (just a lot of them).

    Hope this helps!

  • @nathanallan1 It sto[[ed doing that after a while, and I got another question, What type of AV out is it... Mine didnt come with it

  • @RoadFox72 I'll have to check it out, it has a strange plug on the end of it. Message me again here soon and remind me, I have been nursing a cold and am not really up to digging the thing out right now :)

  • @nathanallan1 Thanks, youve been a big help, I love this camera and I hope to find a working VHS player since mine broke a long time ago...

  • @RoadFox72 It's kind of amazing they have become so rare in working shape so fast! I'm lucky to have a working one, and I'll see if I can get one cheap and maybe trade you for it. I'll check around.

  • @nathanallan1 No, I have one (I bought mine for 5 bucks for everything exept for tv adapter at my thrift store) I just need the exact model that way i can find the TV adapter for it other than just moving my VHS player... This is a very good camera though i agree it works great and amazing how it still works after like 20 years.

  • @nathanallan1 Can you tell me the exact model...

  • @GanEdenAustralia This one is a tank for sure, and works great still. Thanks for watching!

  • I like VHS camcorders, especially SVHS camcorders.
