Mars Mission - Grand Manan Minidoc

Another Mars Mission Kicks Off.

We're dedicated to helping people play their part. So when we heard what the people on Grand Manan Island were planning to do, we had to get involved. With a can-do attitude and plenty of MARS® bars for much needed energy, the community got to work. And together we soon proved the more you put into life, the more you get out.

You should all be very proud of your fantastic Island. Me and my wife, and later also my two kids have been coming to Grand Manan every summer for almost a decade and however much we try (yeah right :) ) we can't let go of this wonderful place. We shall see you again in July. Can't wait. Thank you everyone.

Read about it this morning in the National Post so I had to come and watch the video. Congratulations Grand Manan. What a beautiful place. This is the REAL Canada.

Nice job! It didn't hurt that the people interviewed and taped are salt of the earth. People down there come off solid... because they are. My Sister Judy Leslie would have been thrilled to see this development.

Hats off to Mars for making a difference to a community. Other companies encouraging people to jump off cliffs and break their necks could (should) learn a lesson from this.
