Sorry there isn't any sound!

A simple hair style for any occasion. It actually looks more natural and prettier when the curl begins to fall. Not much maintenance required throughout the day which is exactly what I like!

Products used:

HAIR - BaByliss heated rollers.
(From what I have heard its more beneficial to use a heat protection product when using hot appliances but of course I forgot to use mine lol doh!)

I tried to include the makeup application but couldn't, fortunately it is very simple to recreate. My own personal style of makeup for any romantic occasion is always - less is more!

MAKEUP -

Laura Mercier Mineral Powder Foundation (a light dusting)
MAC Brow set in Buttery/Blonde Taupe Folie, embark and teddy eye pencil
ARDELL Lashes Demi Luvies
Bourjois Gloss no.42

** I was not paid by any company to do this and all products were purchased by myself**

  • Hi honey! What fab hair! I bought the Babyliss rollers yesterday and didn't get hair as beautiful as yours. The curls just sort of flopped. Although I did just sort of try it out on hair that had been straighetened that morning! Do you use any product first? Damp hair? Dry hair? How long do you leave them in for? xxx

  • @Soraya4U I had the same problem myself!! However! Longer lasting curls -

    1. after washing I use a curling cream product (whilst hairs still wet)

    2. dry my hair normally (no blowdrying/straightening)

    3. I set the rollers to the max temperature.

    4. for each section of hair I curl I apply very small amount of curling mousse from root to tip before using the roller

    5. after all rollers are set I leave them in until they have completely cooled down :) I hope this helps!! xox

  • hi iv got the same rollers n 4 sum reason i cnt roll myu hair proper without bits stickin out is that due to layers? is ther anything u can suggest plz?

  • @Adeela1989 Ah yes I had the same problem myself the first couple times I tried this out! Layers do make it more difficult.

I just practised pressing the loose piece of hair back onto the roller until I turned it again so I could almost tuck it in on the next turn??? :/ However I had quite a few sticky out bits and it doesn't seem to take too much from the look. Hope this helps you out! :) x

  • omg so pretty thanks for the tutorial :) i was thinking getting hot rollers but idk which ones and i always wanted to know how people do they hair like that thanks so much your very pretty :)

  • You're very welcome and thank you so much x I've only used the BaByliss rollers so far but they seem to do a decent job for me!
