FFX-2 final boss:Oh, just the guy who the main character of FF X was created from who has become pure hatred and sorrow who tries to 'cleanse' the world by activating a giant robot and Firing its Lazor from the Farplane and obliterating the world.

Actually Tidus was a Shuyin wannabe, since he was just a dream and Shuyin was real. I'll have to agree with yokoshima1000, the job system is what made this game worth playing. :P
