Reason why, in Christinas cuisine you will find ingredients and recipes from Italian, French, Romanian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Lebanese, Pakistanis, Vietnamese cuisines that combine in a mix, with no rules but the one of an incredible taste, a taste that it isnt felt from the first bite, but it develops, amplifies and diversifies. People get to know other cultures, traditions and religions only by the simple gesture of sitting together at the table is the opinion of Vedish. Cooking from the age of 14, from passion, Vedish was a part of the teams of the most known locations from Mauritius (La Maree, the restaurant of the Hotel Maritim), as well as the team of Princess Cruise Lines.

@neb967 You are 100% right :D, he is Mauritian, but he doesn’t work for the hotel for some months now. He was with us at the beginning; but this doesn’t mean that our food doesn’t look at least as delicious like in the video :D!
