It's written in Quran. Go read - sura "The Cow". Laughing at this couple's infertility is mean. Laughing at anyone fault is mean. Equating barbarian customs to Islam is ignorant.

if you love your spouse, let them have a child that is there own. you shouldn't deny them of that just because you can't. if they're not going out & fucking other people, & do it via IVF, what's the problem?
