H 4 Heartbreak (Survival Challenge)

A new Survival Challenge. Evading Plasma balls is tricky. Jumping from pillar to pillar is difficult. But surviving a hail of incoming plasma balls while paying attention to a randomly disintegrating floor is a challenge not many can cope with.

Introducing the brand-new "RTS" (Random Terraforming System). Each time you play the level, the floor will start to sink down slowly. The process is completely random; this means you can't know how the level will look after a few minutes. Try to make the best out of it, collecting points and dodging a hail of many different types of plasma projectiles.

How did you make the RTS?

Basically, there's a giant wheel outside of the playing area. 80 magnetic switches are attached to the border of that wheel. The spinning speed is determined by a number of random variables, such as the distance between the players and a certain point and other... well, random stuff. From time to time, a piston snaps down (w/ magnetic key), activates one of the switches and goes back to standby. Each of the 16 columns on the playing area is located on top of a row of 5 small pieces of...

dissolvable material. That makes a total of 80 pieces of dissolvable. Each piece is connected to a random switch on the giant spinning wheel.

Well, as soon as the topmost dissolvable of one column disappears, the pillar will drop down a bit.
