Doctor Who - Evil of the Daleks redux

Using a telesnap/soundtrack recon of 'Evil of the Daleks' along with surviving behind the scenes footage found elsewhere, I put together this 'new' ending to said recon, editing sound and video together. Dalek war! Witness the 'Final End'!!

Oh yes - the first Dalek story is in The Beginning set, Dalek Invasion of Earth, The Chase is available on VHS... etc

gggrrr the new dr who is shit to this! the daleks are way over the top in the new series

and the new monsters are rubbish along with the story lines! plus when has the doctor ever kissed someone befor?

I remember this being broadcast...funny, but now it all looks so...crummy. But at the time through my 6 year-old eyes, I thought it was quite incredible. The storylines back then seemed to have more 'heart'...as for whether the Emperor Dalek in POTW, who knows? The trouble with Dr Who is that they have on many occasions been quite disloyal to old episodes - the original Dalek story, which included an account of how they came to inhabit machines does not tie in with Genesis of the Daleks story

Indeed. And you spotted it perfectly! See, back then, Patrick was as famous & veteran as Alec Guiness. Many still believe that Pat only accepted it because he was either a clandestine Fan of the series itself, or wanted a challenge.

It would be as if we got Gene Wilder 2 play the Dr now! There was only 3 Interviews with PAt too, he was a Mysterious man in Real life. His are the best stories by far. The Moonbase, Fury from Deep, Power of Daleks, etc. All Destroyed. What a Shame don't you think?

This Doctor is great. I never seen him except for these youtube clips. He reminds me of Det. Columbo, pretending to be less intelligent for public appearances, then allowing his brilliance to come forward upon solving problems. What a great actor.
