A defiant Ill. Gov. Rod Blagojevich says he has no intention of resigning. He's accused of trying to sell the appointment to fill the Senate seat left vacant by Barack Obama. (Dec. 19)
I would say more about his life story, but since it's off-topic I just suggest reading the book 'Wizard: The Life and Times of Nikola Tesla' by Marc J. Seifer. Of the biographies about NT that I know of, Seifer's is the most definitive and contains information not previously included in any other bio. You cannot judge the man's being "ordinary" unless you know something of the context of his life.
grateful for this, but he never showed it, because instead of repaying Tesla for his selfless act of friendship, regardless of the destroyed contract, after he straightened out his financial problems, he took advantage of the situation and continued reaping profits off the patents although it was Tesla who had partly enhanced his monetary success.

The two had a long-standing friendship, so when Westinghouse was experiencing financial trouble and told Tesla he would not be able to pay him the royalties he owed at the time, Tesla took it a step further, and as a gesture of repayment for Westinghouse's friendship, he ripped up the contract pertaining to said royalties. The reason he "put things together and got them to work" was because of his rare psychological condition. From the time he was around 7 years old he experienced bright flashes of light in which he would have "visions" of either memories (eidetic memory) or of things that did not exist. Eventually he was able to use this to his advantage--essentially what he saw in his mind's eye it appeared to him to be physically in front of him. So whenever he would come up with ideas
Is that a fact? You obviously don't know about Tesla. He didn't use mathematics. He just put things together and got them to work. At that time everything was new. He was a good engineer but nothing out of the ordinary.
The master was James Clark Maxwell. Then there was Gauss, Hertz and Westinghouse.
"Inferior slavic trash" invented the electrical system used to power your computer. He also invented your radio, predicted space travel, predicted the Internet, predicted cell phones, developed robotics, created the precursor to electrical transformers, etc. If you are so convinced that slavs are "inferior trash," then I suggest you boycott using everything Nikola Tesla invented. Which would mean living without every modern appliance imaginable. We owe our world to "trash" like him.
I think governors should be aloud to sale senate seats. Like in a 50/50 situation, if a party wants to make deals with that state, it shouldnt be outlawed.
Love ya Blagojevich and hang in there! You have to stand for something or fall for anything word! 1st of all, you forgot to mention Jesus Christ when you said you felt like MLK, Ghandi etc. and I can identify with how you felt and why u named them. i am surprised that Pres.Obama felt u should step down when u haven't been tried yet in court. Him of all people should know of being falsely accused without evidence! i am sorry black folks aren't rallying behind u as we should, I know you have love
