@xXFallenHazeXx If the game was balanced from the beginning with this in mind, it wouldn't be a matter of everyone being a superman with perfect stats - having a primary focus would provide the main benefits and perhaps bonuses to sticking to that style, while the secondary would prevent them from being utterly useless outside of that matchup, but hardly godlike. As with my previous example: the MT would give great standup while the JJ gives them takedown opportunities from the clinch.

@xXFallenHazeXx But if I want someone who has trained in Muai Thai and Jui Jitsu... what then? Few fighters in MMA leagues remain pure in their training, so why should the game boil them down to straight match-ups?

It's funny, EA MMA for consoles was kinda okay, nothing amazing, but playable.

Yet UFC 2010 for consoles was great.

UFC 2010 was pure crap for the Iphone/pad.

Yet EA MMA was actually pretty good.

Maybe EA MMA 2011, should be exclusive to handhelds?
