In this video I share with you a simple methodology that you can use to allow yourself to experience real lasting transformations, so that your problems, or issues, are no longer problems. Gone are the days of medicating ourselves and staying stuck in a vicious cycle, because in order to really experience a transformation we need to find the root cause. We need to change our mindset so that we can actually pull the issue out by the roots, not just bury it down further.

  • The most important video you have ever made. I hope those that watched this video really heard what you said!

  • @SCOTTDAVIDSON32 thanks scott =]

  • i have been smoking cigarettes for about 16 years and am very addicted to the chemical nicotine...i have been attempting to quit, but have not had any luck, usually i make it half a day before i can't stand it anymore and feel like i "need" to smoke...root cause=chemical addiction...how can the method in this video help with that?

  • @revolt81 it sounds like the problem isnt just the "chemical addiction", but rather the lack of will power, focus, or belief in the fact that you can find a solution to that. many, many other people have overcome that and quit smoking, so its entirely possible.

  • Now how do i go about addressing my psyche for my procrastination problems?!??

  • @Skiddla do something you are putting off right now.

  • hi thank you very much

i learn a lot from all your video

    from massaging, psychology, herbs, etc

    keep posting videos, thumbs up!!

  • @MrAusty Try tapping EMT when you feel you are slipping back into the habit, change what you are doing and tapping is quite a healthy alternative, Which could also shift a lot of your cellular memory stuff too. There are plenty of videos etc to explain the technique.

  • @MrAusty Have you considered seeking out a therapist who deals in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Thearpy) I think in a lot of ways PTSD affects a lot of people and the term is tended to be used for more extreme 'violence' but really anything we ourselves have personally been through, to us, is traumatic, without comparing - is it as bad as ...da da da. It is our stuff, and if we don't have 'tools' to deal/cope with it, we can get stuck. Have you considered exchanging your habit, try tapping EMT

  • Thank you for this video. I am currently struggling with internet porn/excessively masturbating. I have realized that after a while of abstaining from this behavior a lot of underlying issues come back to me and I obviously don't feel like dealing with those issues so I run back to the safe haven of internet porn where I don't have to deal with the real problems in life.

  • It's so easy to fall into addictions, and I hope this video will help tons of people... I think it helped me :)

  • I tried the approach with my migraine headaches and astonishingly enough the root problem revealed itself. I need to let go of my over-caring for my loved ones and spend more time with myself and in stillness. But i find it hard to tell them. It sounds as if i didn´t love them anymore or much less. Plus i have to look at my fear that something horrible happens to them when i´m away.. control problem, i know. It´s a process i thing of letting go the tension and it will need its own good time..

  • @Skiddla Create an urgency. If you house is on fire, you will be not procrastinating to run out of the house. It will be a negative motivation. If I will not do this now, I will have so much pain and so many unpleasant feelings I better do that :).

  • Hey thanks for your videos they are great and you are really well spoken! I am in school to be a pharmacist and this video explains exactly why I want to be a pharmacist - I want to be there to nudge people towards addressing root causes, making lifestyle changes and transforming.
